  1. In a large bowl place all ingredients EXCEPT Avocado/Olive Oil & Broccoli, mix ingredients up with hands or fork, ensuring that all ingredients are distributed throughly
  2. Portion mixture into 2tbsp measurements and roll into meatballs
  3. Place Avocado / Olive Oil into an iron skillet or 1″ deep frying pan, after 1 minute, pace meatballs in pan not touching each other and with sufficient space to use tongs to turn them over.
  4. Brown for 1 minute each side of meatball until evenly brown
  5. Cut up Broccoli into small florets/trees, add into pan
  6. Add half jar of KC Natural Nomato Sauce and leave to simmer for 5 minutes if you are not able to source KC Naturals Nomato Pasta Sauce you can make your own or make your own http://www.joannafrankham.com/tomato-passata-replacement-aip-friendly/
