10 Minute Seafood Chowder (Instant Pot)
Hearty Seafood Chowder, prepared with frozen fish/shellfish in the Instant Pot to bring a nutrient-dense dish to your table in under 20 minutes!

Instructions
  1. Place Olive/Avocado Oil into the Instant Pot and switch to Saute Mode
  2. Finely Slice Onion & Garlic and add to Instant Pot
  3. Finely slice bacon and add into instant pot, stir to keep bacon from sticking until crispy
  4. Select Keep Warm/Cancel on Instant Pot
  5. Peel and cut sweet potato into 1″ cubes and add to Instant Pot
  6. Cut up broccoli stalks into 1/2″ cubes and add to Instant Pot
  7. Cut frozen salmon and/or white fish of choice into 1″ chunks (note that cooking from frozen is actually key to the fish not turning to mush) and add to the pot.
  8. Add bone broth, frozen shrimp, salt, parsley and dill into pot
  9. Switch Instant Pot to Manual and use Minus (-) button to reduce set time to 10 minutes
  10. Choose to quick release instant pot once time is complete
  11. Enjoy!
